All units will be evaluated before committing to repair, so you will know what it will cost before you proceed. The evaluation fee is £45. If you proceed to have your unit repaired this will be waived. Prices are quoted net of VAT and p & p.
This type of repair charging is suitable for on site maintenance and call outs.

Service levels can vary from 5 day turnaround down to "hot swap", on site backup. You choose the level of service that is appropriate to your business model.
Contract pricing is set on a case by case basis as it depends not only on the required Service Levels but also on the age and condition of the equipment and the operational environment.
By comparison with FPR pricing, contract prices are typically significantly cheaper, and contract servicing is the highest priority. R&M Contracts are pre-paid, one year contracts, but they can be set for 2, 3, or 4 years in the appropriate circumstances.
